Located next to the activity area, come enjoy free use of our bocce courts, ping-pong tables, and outdoor foosball tables. Don’t have any bocce balls or did you forget your paddles? No problem, just head to the campground reception desk, where you can borrow the necessary equipment for free to enjoy these activities.
Chess, checkers, Ludo, and Nine Men’s Morris tables are also available in San Damiano’s central square, with game pieces available for loan at the front desk.
But best of all, we offer over 200 indoor and outdoor games, available to borrow for free. There’s something for all ages and tastes. A dedicated guide is also available with the rules of the games in four languages. Come discover them and enjoy some fun time with family or friends.

Game Rental

At San Damiano Campground, we’ve set up a well-stocked game lending area inside our reception area. Choose 1 or 2 games, check them out with one of our receptionists, and enjoy them for the day (24 hours max).
Among the games available: board games, strategy games, puzzle games, and party games. Some classics (Trivial Pursuit®, Scrabble®, etc.) are available in German and/or English. Games for the little ones: building blocks, construction sets, and puzzles. Outdoor games: Finnish skittles, pétanque, games of skill, and many others... A wide selection is available to you. For all ages, in different languages, alone or with others, indoors or outdoors there’s something for everyone and every taste!

Pétanque Courts

Whether you’re an experienced pétanque player or just looking to have fun with your family, our four pétanque courts—illuminated at night and partially shaded during the day await you for memorable games. Each court features a scoreboard and a sign with a summary of the rules of the game. If you prefer Finnish skittles, this is also the perfect spot.

Four tables are waiting for you! Come compete with friends in the shade of the oak trees. Don’t have your own table tennis gear? No problem, you can borrow it at the front desk or buy balls and paddles on-site at our store. For amateur table tennis players of all ages, join one of our tournaments held during peak season.

What could be better than a game of foosball outdoors? Two foosball tables are available on the campground’s games area. Stop by the campground reception desk to borrow a ball, and it’s up to you to win the match!

Game Tables

In San Damiano’s central square, you’ll find 6 game tables where you can enjoy the thrill of strategy and challenge each other to chess, checkers, and nine men’s morris. For a fun family outing, a game of Ludo is a must! Game piece sets are available at the front desk. Electrical outlets are located around the game tables so you can charge your phones or tablets while you play.

Good to Know

❝ You can borrow equipment (boules, rackets, balls, game pieces) free of charge to use on our courts and game tables. Equipment must be returned by midnight.

❝ Access to the playgrounds is free and does not require a time slot reservation.

❝ The playgrounds and game tables are accessible at all hours and are lit in the evening.

❝ The pétanque courts are covered with a special stabilized sand surface.

❝ The pétanque courts, ping-pong tables, and foosball tables are outdoors and partially shaded.

❝ Pétanque and table tennis tournaments are regularly organized during the season (July/August).

❝ A very large selection of board and outdoor games (over 110) is available free of charge upon registration at the front desk.

❝ Game rules are available in 4 languages via the QR code on the game or on the website jeux.campingsandamiano.info

❝ Borrowed games may be taken to your mobile home or campsite for up to 24 hours.
